Adding your child and logging them in
Once you’ve created your parent account, the next step is to add your child so they can start learning.
Adding your child
After logging in, you’ll be guided to create a child account.
You’ll need to enter:
- a username for your child
- their name
- a password
Once saved, your child’s account will be ready to use straight away.
Log in as your child
After creating the account, you’ll see your child’s login details.
You can:
- log in as your child directly, or
- return to the login page and enter their username and password
Make sure you keep a record of these details so your child can log in again later.
What your child will see
When logged in, your child will go straight into the game and can begin learning immediately.
They’ll start at the beginning of their course and work through levels step by step.
Switching between parent and child
You can switch between your parent account and your child’s account at any time by logging out and back in with the correct details.
If your child can’t log in
Double-check:
- the username is entered correctly
- the password is correct
If needed, you can reset your child’s password from your parent account.
